and rebuilt it from ground up with all new seals, gaskets, rings, bearings, etc. Check clearances, tolerances and such. Read a LOT and never guess on anything. There are plenty of good tutorials available and as others said, not rocket science. I enjoyed doing it and took my time. Again, as someone also mentioned, paycheck by paycheck lol. Since I pulled the motor last year I am already into the car over what I payed for it. Def get a new EFI harness from Bernie as it'll save you same headaches later! Also, detonation sensor harness if need be, mine was all toasty and brittle, DEF ALL the coolant lines too! Do the bypasses also IMO. The little things all add up though so be prepared.
